Stefanie Young, RG-CGC, OCPF (she/her) started working with Nancy Doty as her first employee in 1988. She took a hiatus for several years, then returned on a part time basis while raising a family. Stefanie obtained her Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary designation and is also a National Certified Guardian. Since Nancy’s retirement, Stefanie has assumed the responsibility for overseeing and managing the day to day operations of Nancy Doty Inc. Stefanie plays violin in a local community orchestra and enjoys traveling with her family.

Nancy Doty, RG-CGC, OCPF founded Nancy Doty Inc. in 1988.  She is an Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary, and a National Certified Guardian. She is a founding member of the Guardian/Conservator Association of Oregon, and has served on the Board over the intervening years. Her unique perspective on needs and resources for the frail, elderly, cognitively impaired, and chronically mentally ill is the cornerstone upon which our program is built. Nancy’s additional community interests include assorted gardening projects, including her rose beds, vegetable garden, and cultivating native and natural plants that support the birds and wildlife, as well as issues of medical/cultural importance for women in developing countries.  Nancy retired from Nancy Doty Inc. in 2021, but continues to provide support to the team whenever asked.  

Barbara Morris (she/her) manages the financial aspects of many of our client accounts. This includes general bookkeeping, creating fee petitions, annual accountings, and inventories. She acts as the tax liaison between the many tax preparers who work with our clients. Barbara spent 21 years as an assistant trust officer with First Interstate Bank of Oregon before joining Nancy Doty, Inc. She oversaw conservatorships, estates, and trusts while employed by First Interstate Bank and dealt with fiduciary taxes. Her depth of industry knowledge greatly benefits our clients. Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband of 38 years, as well as their two daughters and families

Jacob Davidson (he/him) acts as a care coordinator, providing services for our clients such as arranging and attending medical and mental health appointments, coordinating care conferences, and facilitating communication between clients, caregivers, and the staff at Nancy Doty Inc. Jacob also brings over 20 years of experience with managing real property, and assists with coordinating repairs, inspections, and other property-related matters. Jacob enjoys working on his house, traveling with his family and dog, and is the busy father of twin girls.

Stacy Perrou (she/her) has spent many years in the administrative assistant/secretarial field. She manages all client files, assists with annual Guardian’s Report preparation & filing, client bookkeeping, writes the monthly newsletter and various correspondence to clients, and is the office Jill-of-all-trades. She is an Oregon native with an MFA in Poetry, novice gardener & supporter of mutual aid projects in the community.

Bryson Rowlett (he/him) is a National Certified Guardian and a care coordinator at Nancy Doty, Inc. In addition to assisting with client medical appointments and home visits, he also provides support with client bookkeeping and technological challenges. In his free time he enjoys playing board games with friends and raising some furry friends with his partner.
